"Sattva Yoga" 75 mins/Not heated A blend of all the good stuff. Designed to allow for a deeper yogic experience. Major emphasis on mantra, mudra, breathwork and kriya as well as asana. Postures may be held for longer periods of time and bolsters/props may be used for support.
Yoga Nidra" Yoga Nidra works with brain neuroplasticity to re-pattern pathways in the brain that have become limiting behaviors/beliefs. This is done by creating a "sleep-like" state through guided deep relaxation, visualization and direction of the body/mind. This is an extremely therapeutic yoga experience that will leave you renewed and relaxed. No experience necessary.
Meditation Workshops This meditation workshop will provide you with easy steps to tire out the brain in order to give access to the quiet realm where you can learn to hear and connect with whatever Higher Power you would like to connect with.
