I am passionate about helping people find their path out of physical, emotional and spiritual pain. Massage, yoga, and meditation have dramatically changed my life and I am super grateful for the opportunity to pay those gifts forward.
I came to AZ in 1990 and got involved in the fitness industry.
After becoming the Director of Joe Weider Fitness Gym, I received certifications through American Counsel on Exercise and American Aerobics and Fitness Association in order to teach group fitness and to provide personal fitness training.
In 2004 I received my massage therapy license through Arizona College of Massage Therapy. Since that time I have had a full time massage practice and teach human anatomy, movement and structural integration at local colleges and for continuing education/yoga certification requirements.
My practice consists of athletes (of all kinds) treating performance and recovery issues, as well as working with people in chronic pain.
Yoga found me in 2005. I began practicing to prevent overuse injury in my own body and immediately fell in love with the movement and meditation.
In 2007 I became a yoga teacher have been teaching ever since.
Over time, I have deepen my yogic knowledge and practice and have studied all different kinds of yoga. Receiving certifications in Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Reiki, Trauma Informed Yoga and Sattva Kriya yoga.
I have traveled traveling to India to complete advanced training with an immersion in Rishikesh India at Sattva Yoga Academy. I am also an advanced student of Dr. Joe Dispenza's which allows me to teach meditation from the quantum physics, epigenetic, and neuroscience perspectives.
My hope is to help as many people as I can find Peace in their body/mind and Spirit.
with Love & Gratitude,
Gabi
